Grand Bay condominium sells for $975,000

A condominium in Grand Bay tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Ann Arms, trustee, of Knoxville, Tenn., sold the Unit 261 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Laurence Hall and Jacqueline Dallis, of Longboat Key, for $975,000.
