Condominium in Beau Ciel sells for $1.07 million

A condominium in Beau Ciel tops all transactions in this week's real estate. William and Donna Townsend, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 803 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Geraldine Rothman-Serot, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1.07 million.
