A condominium in Orchid Beach Club Residences tops all transactions in this week's real estate. James Dilworth of Kronberg, Germany, sold his Unit B1003 condominium at 2050 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Kenneth and Hagar Levine, of Carlisle, Pa., for $1,825,000.
