A home in Sleepy Lagoon Park tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Joseph Manfredo, of North Venice, and Kathleen Manfredo, of Brick, N.J., sold their home at 796 Marbury Lane to Robert Emery, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $2.15 million.
