Three-bedroom Lido Key home sells for $1.43 million

A home on Lido Key tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Michael and Andrika Brown, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1155 Center Place to Pavilion Works LLC for $1.43 million.
