Joyce Lamson-Scribner and PNC Bank, N.A., trustees, Alan Willens and Kathy Willens sold the home at 573 Gunwale Lane to William and Lynn Cook, of White Plains, N.Y., for $740,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,124 square feet of living area.
