RPF Developments Inc., a Florida corporation, sold the home at 675 Mourning Dove Drive to Kevin Kiernan, trustee of 675 Nominee Trust, for $5.25 million.

The Bird Key Yacht Club hosted "An Evening in the Garden of Spain" on Saturday Sept. 24 for cocktails, dinner and dancing. Founding president of GuitarSarasota Thomas Koch provided Spanish classical guitar, the dinner tables were candle lit and patrons were served gazpacho, tapas, braised lamb shank and grilled Cornish hen and a flambe dessert served tableside.
