Key Real Estate: L'Ambiance unit sells for $1.9 million

The sale was the largest transaction recorded at the Sarasota and Manatee county courthouses during the week of Oct. 25 through Oct. 29, on Longboat, Lido, St. Armands and Bird keys and the only sale to exceed $1 million.
