A home in Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Stephen and Dana Jacobs, of Far Hills, N.J., sold their home at 7018 Portmarnock Place to Barbara Schneiderman, trustee, of Bloomfield, Mich., for $1,425,000.

The Beach Residences unit sells for $3.9 million

David Shoemaker, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 1101 condominium at The Beach Residences, 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive, to James and Misdee Miller, Lakewood Ranch, for $3.9 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,194 square feet of living area.
