Breath of fresh air
4:13 p.m. - 2200 block of Ringling Boulevard. Disorderly Intoxication. An officer came across a drunk man lying on the ground. The man spoke slowly and was unable to stand. But it was not beer, wine or liquor that the man had consumed. The officer discovered the man was intoxicated from Listerine, which was determined from his fresh breath and the half-empty mouthwash bottle in his backpack.
