Nov. 5 Undercover 11:25 a.m. - 3500 block of Fair Oaks Court. Suspicious Circumstance. Police responded to a report of an unconscious person under a quilt in a vacant home. The unconscious person, however, turned out to be several boxes of junk that resembled a person.
