Island Chapel dines on worldly dishes

International cuisine was the theme of a Jan. 12 dinner at the Longboat Island Chapel. The buffet menu, organized by Connie Gill and Linda Dias, featured Moroccan lamb with carrots, chicken teriyaki, tabouli salad, vegetables with curry and coconut, plus the always-popular Italian lasagna. Dessert was America's favorite: apple pie and ice cream.
