A home in Hudson Crossing tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Morton and Jytte Mandel, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 2-B condominium at 888 S. Orange Ave. to Claudio Ruben, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1,775,000.
