The mostly-women crowd who gathered to snack on chocolate-covered strawberries, champagne and France-inspired finger foods March 20, most enjoyed spending time in the Akara II model home inside the Lake Club community. The group enjoyed time in patio furniture near the pool, and relaxed in the spotless, normally empty building, which homed the Springtime in Paris Ladies Tea event. The $25 donation to attend, which included food, beverages and a caricature, benefited Community Haven.
