A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Richard and Elaine Gilligan, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7942 Royal Birkdale Circle to Soren and Birthe Svenningsen, of Watchung, N.J., for $655,000.
