A home in Country Club Village of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Robert Bradbury, of Sarasota, sold his home at 13232 Palmers Creek Terrace to David and Lisa Grain, of Sarasota, for $1.26 million.

UPDATE: Accident on I-75 due to dropped cell phone

According to a report by Florida Highway Patrol, a crash earlier today has caused the right and center southbound travel lanes of Interstate 75 near the 231 mile marker to be closed for repair.
