A home in Knightsbridge tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Robert Kloss, of University Park, sold his home at 7328 Barclay Court to Werner Baumgartner, trustee, of University Park, for $950,000.

The Lakewood Ranch High girls soccer team shut out rival Braden River 4-0 in a Class 4A-District 11 semifinal match Jan. 16. Lindsay Martinez notched her first two-goal match of the season to lead the way for the Lady Mustangs. Angelica Rego and Talia Falco each scored a goal. Goalkeeper Alex Latham had two saves. The Lady Mustangs fired off 17 shots - seven of which were on goal - while Braden River had five shots. Braden River goalkeeper Katerina Elliott had three saves. With the win, Lakewood will host No. 2 seed Venice in the district championship Jan. 18. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
