A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Greg Mitton, of New Brunswick, Canada, sold his home at 6814 Dominion Lane to Brian and Julie Lawson, of Lakewood Ranch, for $854,000.
