A home in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Bryon Olive and Kirsten Petraitis, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 7828 Valderrama Way to Jack and Vicki Deleon, of Chapel Hill, N.C., for $925,000.
