Alexander Wagner, Personal Representative, of San Francisco, sold the home at 5940 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Eric and Sharon van der Walde, of Longboat Key, for $4.7 million. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,177 square feet of living area.
Joel Edward Putterman, of Atlanta, and Lawrence Elliot Putterman, of Southport, Connecticut, sold their home at 220 Morningside Drive to Howard and Susan Levine, of Sarasota, for $4.6 million. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,040 square feet of living area.
John Scott Jones and Nancy Ann Jones, of Crozet, Virginia, sold their home at 113 Fillmore Drive to Enomena LLC and 18-26 George St LLC for $3,275,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,008 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.7 million in 2010.
MRP Properties Sarasota LLC sold the home at 426 Meadow Lark Drive to Michael James Funderburk, trustee, of Glendale, Heights, Illinois, for $2,952,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,415 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,335,000 in 2020.
