Bernard and Susan Ouimette, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 530 Harbor Gate Way to Robert and Ella Cohen, of Longboat Key, for $5,025,000. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,011 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.5 million in 2016.
Peter and Kristen Laviolette, of Arlington, Virginia, sold their home at 6609 Gulf of Mexico Drive to A.C. Buddendorf Ltd. Partnership for $3,575,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,132 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.2 million in 2015.
