The sound of drums filled the atrium Nov. 3 at Michael's On East where guests of the the Safari Sarasota interactive cooking event mingled before entering the ballroom to take their seats.
Only their tables had some unique addition — aprons for all and a set of burners.
Guests were treated to an interactive cooking experience led by Chef Anna Ridgewell from South Africa’s Londolozi Game Reserve. The event is one of a series of events to give Sarasota residents a taste of the safari experience to benefit the All Heart Fund, which provides resources and education to rural African families.
