A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Annett Wild and Earl Schatzman, trustees, of N. Glasgow, United Kingdom, sold the Unit D-306 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Umesh Ramakrishnan and Anu Ramakrishnan, trustees, of Richfield, Ohio, for $1.6 million. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $718,000 in 1994.

The Pierre

Timothy McGough, of Roseville, Minn., sold his Unit 505 condominium at 455 Longboat Club Road to David and Susan Batchelor, of New York City, for $1.5 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,880 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.71 million in 2004.

Seaplace III

Richard Haynes and Leslie Hodgins, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, sold the Units G5-401-B and G5-403-C condominiums at 1965 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sandra McAuley and Charles McAuley, of Noblesville, Ind., for $1.1 million. Built in 1977, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 2,396 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 1986.

Longboat Key Bayfront

Ann Richards Bennis sold her home at 6561 Bayou Hammock Road to Mullet Properties Inc. for $820,000. Built in 1964, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,604 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $935,000 in 2003.

Islands West

Charles and Carolyn Moore sold their Unit 3-D condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John and Jane Sirkoch, of Renfrew, Pa., for $795,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,000 in 2013.

Fairway Bay

Valerie Newman, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Units 434 and 435 condominiums at 2020 Harbourside Drive to Dennis Jarosh and Joseph Petri, of Morristown, N.J., for $710,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,462 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 1984.

Roger and Frances Abrams, of University Park, sold their Unit 225 condominium at 1932 Harbourside Drive to Paul and Julie Gerard, of Clifton, Va., for $440,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,000 in 2011.

Longboat Key Towers

Steven and Julie Groff, of Dallastown, Pa., sold their Unit N-503 condominium at 603 Longboat Club Road to Doreen Finissi and Michael Finissi, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $685,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2008.

St. Armands Towers North

Barbara and Ned Rule sold their Unit 65 condominium at 1 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Mark Strollo, of Lewes, Del., for $600,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1994.

Windward Bay

Robert and Concetta Smith sold their Unit PH-2 condominium at 4800 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas and Loretta Luglio, of Quakertown, Pa., for $495,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2014.

Sue Carlson, trustee, of Anna Maria, sold the Unit 11-V-22-C condominium at 4830 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Andrew and Judith Economos, of Scarsdale, N.Y., for $385,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,168 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $247,000 in 2014.

Whitney Beach

John Crimaldi, of Boulder, Colo., and Maruta Miluns, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 154 condominium at 6750 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jeri Vail Van den Bosch, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $300,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,151 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2009.

Cedars East

Seymour and Ruth Nathanson, of Chesterbrook, Pa., sold their Unit 26 condominium at 651 Cedars Court to Robert and Zena Maldonado, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., for $289,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2008.
