The following A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Edward and Betty Rosenthal, of Longboat Key, sold their C-704 and D-705 condominiums at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Maurice and Carolyn Cunniffe, of Greenwich, Conn., for $5.5 million. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths and 5,268 square feet of living area.

en Provence

Warner and Shirley Martin, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 2 condominium at 2161 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David Holstein, trustee, of Syracuse, N.Y., for $3.85 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,400 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,375,000 in 2001.

Bay Isles

Tessa and Alan Robinson, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 520 Harbor Cove Circle to Jay and Angela Norman, of Northbrook, Ill., for $2,525,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,267 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,175,000 in 2009.

Bird Key

George Famiglio Jr., trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 602 Mourning Dove Drive to James and Aleksandra Hoddinott, of Ontario, Canada, for $1,725,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,215 square feet of living area.

Lido Surf and Sand

Hyde Holdings LP sold the Unit 804 condominium at 1100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Kenneth and Patricia Elder, of Venice, for $1,535,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,324 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,075,000 in 2003. 

Belinda Foxworth, trustee, of Los Angeles, sold the Unit 504 condominium at 1100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Dennis Dammeyer, trustee, of Fort Wayne, Ind., for $655,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 1994.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club

William Humphries, of Fort Wayne, Ind., sold the Unit H-202 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to H202 Longboat Key LLC for $1.47 million. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.56 million in 2007. 

Grand Bay

Richard and Mary Leonard sold their Unit 471 condominium at 3010 Grand Bay Blvd. to Gary and Janice Holstrum, of St. Petersburg, for $1.3 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. 

John Ringling Estates

Mario and Joan Arcari, of Johnsberg, Ill., sold their home at 250 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Home 222 LLC for $1,137,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,808 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $531,100 in 2011. 

The Water Club at Longboat Key

Jeffrey and Claudia Keenan, of Okeechobee, sold their Unit 109 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Daniel Cunningham and Alice Welt Cunningham, of New York City, for $825,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,000 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 2015.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club

Ewis Nageeb and Jane Ali, of Huddersfield, United Kingdom, sold their Unit 202 condominium at 2237 Harbourside Drive to William and Joanne Helsley, of Alpharetta, Ga., for $687,500. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2010. 

Portobello

Irene Fleshner and David Hill sold their Unit B-307 condominium at 3240 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Larry and Rachael Lucas, of Cincinnati, for $410,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2002.

Lido Towers

Michael and Karen Wagner sold their Unit 405 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Anthony Tamburino, of Lodi, N.J., for $379,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2012.

Sea Pines

Morton Willen, of Northport, N.Y., sold his Unit 21 condominium at 6937 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard Smith and Elizabeth Adams Smith, of Rye, N.Y., for $375,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $216,000 in 1996.

Seaplace

James and Nathalie Diener, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit G6-109-C condominium at 1955 Gulf of Mexico Drive to America Callejas, of Longboat Key, for $360,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2009.

Sarasota Harbour Apartments

Gretchen Cochran, trustee, of Mancelona, Mich., sold the Unit 7 condominium at 761 John Ringling Blvd. to Andre and Constance Hobson, of Terra Ceia, for $250,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 2015.

Harbour Oaks II

Suzanne Sluizer, of Bernalillo, of N.M., sold her home at 2307 Harbour Oaks Drive to Aubgator LLC and James Purcell, of Sarasota, for $215,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,396 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 1993.
