Veterans Day parade marches through downtown

Veterans, high school students and community members marched from Osprey Avenue to Five Points Park during Sarasota's Veterans Day Parade.

Sarasota residents lined the side walks along Main Street to thank veterans for their service during Sarasota's Veterans Day parade. 

Children danced to the music played by local school marching bands and waved small American flags while veterans saluted their fellow servicemen and women. 

The parade concluded in Five Points Park.
