Canadian developers J.C. Group, Inc. submitted pre-application materials for a commercial center, including a Dairy Queen, at 2121 and 2131 Stickney Point Road.

J.C. purchased the combined 1.29 acres for approximately $1.7 million, from separate owners, in August and October, 2014. Its proposal for the two lots includes a 6,150-square-foot commercial center , which would require a zoning change.

One of the properties, 2121 Stickney Point Road, is home to a Firestone Complete Auto Care. A site plan included in the pre-application materials lists occupants as “extg Firestone store, new Dairy Queen w/drive thru, and new speculative tenant spaces.”

J.C. does not own the Dairy Queen that currently operates two miles away, at 3240 Clark Rd.
