Compeer Inc. held a reception for its top supporters on Thursday, Dec. 1 at The Francis. Attendees enjoyed hors d’oeuvres before hearing about the recent success of the mental health advocacy organization from Director Lynn Buehler.
Compeer Inc. is a national organization that hopes to help individuals with mental health challenges by pairing them with a friend who meets with them at least four times a month. The hope is that through friendship, these individuals help promote a community that values that inclusion of all individuals.
