The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 28 and April 1.
A home on Lido Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Pavilionworks LLC sold the home at 400 Bowdoin Circle to 400 Bowdoin LLC for $2,918,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,435 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.35 million in 2014.
Grand Bay II
Marjorie Lieberman, trustee, sold the Unit 233 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to William Herbert and Sharon Coly-Herbert, of Schenectady, N.Y., for $950,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area.
The Castillian
Jackson McCoy, of Miami, and Kathleen McCoy, of Waterloo, Iowa, sold their Unit 112 condominium at 4545 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Bernie and Phyllis Gillespie, of Shelter Island Heights, N.Y., for $900,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,738 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $151,900 in 1980.

Barry and Dia Wilson, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 684 Marbury Lane to William and Mary Emerick, of Longboat Key, for $749,400. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,294 square feet of living area.

Thomas and Joyce Ball sold their Unit 209 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to A Squared Properties LLC for $620,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,071 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $319,000 in 2013.
Sea Grape Inn
Steven and Linda Malich and Merlin and Emma Wadsworth, of Land O’ Lakes, sold their Unit 6 condominium at 5125 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Allison LeBuhn, trustee, of Wyoming, Ohio, for $519,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 961 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1986.

Regina Ulmke, trustee, of Leavenworth, Wash., sold the home at 526 N. Washington Drive to Douglas and Lisa Gaeddert, trustees, of Elkhart, Ind., for $2.4 million. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,431 square feet of living area.
