The Payton Wright Foundation hosted an evening of philanthropy and fun with performance painter Michael Israel Oct. 3 at the Hyatt Regency.

In addition to Israel’s show, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour and dinner.

Patrick and Holly Wright founded the Payton Wright Foundation in 2008 to honor their daughter, Payton, who died from brain cancer at age 5. The foundation provides families of children with brain cancer to receive basic needs such as gas, food and housing.

“These families have to pay so much, and we want to financially assist them,” Holly Wright said. “We focus on bills, so the families can focus on their child.”
