The plight of Whoville residents hit the stage at Braden River High School May 7. "Seussical the Musical," which tells the story of Horton the elephant and his quest to save Whoville, runs nightly at 7 p.m. through May 9, at the school.
Horton, the elephant, played by senior John D’Amico, talks to a speck he put on a clover.
Gertrude, played by Carly Baker, sings about how she wishes her tail feathers were more beautiful so Horton will notice her.
