A buffet of hot food and a projector with galloping horses lapping a course greeted attendees of the 11th annual Kentucky Derby Party, held May 2, at the Center for Building Hope. Event hosts Julie and H.J. Sauer orchestrated the event, which attracted more than 50 attendees who enjoyed socializing and betting on horses. Proceeds from the event benefited the East County facility.
