A home in Longboat Key Gulfside tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. P.E.P.P.M. Ltd. Partnership sold the home at 5861 Gulf of Mexico Drive to LB Key LLC for $800,000. Built in 1950, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,409 square feet of living area.
Fairway Bay
Abner and Ilse Delman, of Longboat Key, sold their Units 344 and 345 condominiums at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Richard and Deborah Cronin, of Longboat Key, for $775,000. Built in 1984, they have three bedrooms, three baths and 2,462 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $875,000 in 2005.
Steven and Paula Posar, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 326 condominium at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Lisa Pollack and Mark Milchman, of Demarest, N.J., for $403,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2012.

Larry Diemand and Beth Yauman, of Concord, Ohio, sold their Unit 2 condominium at 5851 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Elizabeth Pellnat, of Getzville, N.Y., for $500,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2004.

Mary Naimo, trustee, of Grand Rapids, Mich., sold the Unit 13 condominium at 7165 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard and Carole McLaughlin, of Loudon, Tenn., for $390,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2004.

Donald Hase, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit PH4 condominium at 4900 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John and Marian Bankemper, of Fort Thomas, Ky., for $330,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $218,500 in 1998.
John and Mary Hartigan, trustees, of Omaha, Neb., sold the Unit 303 condominium at 4540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Marc Micozzi and Carole O’Leary, of Longboat Key, for $230,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $157,500 in 1999.

U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 18 condominium at 529 Forest Way to Debora Lament and Mark Adler, of Lake Placid, N.Y., for $205,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2003.

James and Barbara Stainbrook, of Bloomington, Ind., sold their Unit 608 condominium at 1102 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Jewel Benson, of New Albany, Ohio, for $460,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $363,800 in 2002.
