Attendees of the 9th annual Women of Achievement Luncheon March 21, celebrated women who have impacted the lives of other members of their communities, such as Dr. Anila Jain, a children and women’s advocate and East County resident. Family members, friends, colleagues and other attendees gathered at Palm Aire Country Club to show appreciation for the honorees — Jain, Karen Bell, Ashley Brown, Dr. Debra Carter and Joyce Kerce. Proceeds from the 50/50 raffle and admission benefited the American Association of University Women Bradenton Branch Scholarship Foundation.
