Bird Key home sells for $4.55 million

A Bird Key home sold recently for $4.55 million.

Roger Pettingell, of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's Longboat Key office, listed and sold the home.

Located at 602 South Owl Drive, the 5,581-square-foot home was custom-built by Murray Homes in 2012 with four en suite bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.

Property records list the seller as Kerlyn Holdings Ltd. The name of the buyer was not immediately available.
