Officials of Gettel Hyundai celebrated the grand opening of their new East County store with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony and concert from "American Idol" contestant Sam Woolf Thursday night.


Guests packed the showroom for the ceremony and concert, which ran from 5 to 8 p.m.

The new store is located adjacent to Gettel Toyota, at 5921 State Road 64 E., Bradenton. The new facility is about 33,000 square feet.
