Phillippi parents prepare for first day of school

For some the tears were of sadness and for others they were tears of joy at the Boohoo Yahoo breakfast at Phillippi Shores Elementary. The first day of school can be a rush of emotions for students and parents. The Parent Teacher Organization at Phillippi Shores hosted the breakfast for parents to spend a few more moments with their students before starting the school year. The event was also an opportunity for parents to meet other parents in the community.
