Mental skills coach lends expertise to business professionals

East County resident Justin Su’a, mental skills coach, speaker and author, shared his insights on how to combat stress, gain confidence and overcome other mental challenges to a crowd of about 100 people Aug. 12, at the Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club, during the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance’s monthly Breakfast of Champions event.
