Lido Key home sells for $2.3 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 13 and Oct. 17.

A home on Lido tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Patricia Davis, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1310 John Ringling Parkway to Jan and Catherine Voigts, of Greenwich, Conn., for $2.3 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,962 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2000.

Beachplace
Robert McBride, of Jefferson, Ky., sold his Unit 301 condominium at 1135 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Steven Traxler, of Chicago, for $730,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 1998.

Grand Bay
Frank and Mary Nocco sold their Unit 526 condominium at 3080 Grand Bay Blvd. to Perry and Wendy Gould, of Baltimore, for $615,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $546,500 in 2001.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Patricia Muller and Jeanne McFarland, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 738 Norton St. to Michael and Tracey Fitzgerald, of Somers Point, N.J., for $470,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,291 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2009.

Bayview Estates
Orren Christian, trustee, of Tampa, sold the home at 598 Bayview Drive to Todd and Jill Hutsko, of Caldwell, N.J., for $450,000. Built in 1953, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,330 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $10,000 in 1972.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Irving and Irene Fenster, trustees, of Tulsa, Okla., sold the Unit 825 condominium at 825 Bayport Way to Frances Heller and Jack Heller, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $430,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,601 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2001.

Longbeach Village
Michael and Patricia Ford, of Port Washington, N.Y., sold their home at 700 Fox St. to JoAnn Schwencke, of Longboat, for $376,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,064 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2002.

Pamela Prevatte, of Bartow, sold her home at 720 Fox St. to Clint and Lisa Burgess, trustees, of Bradenton, for $355,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,051 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $95,000 in 1990.

Fairway Bay
Sandra Bolich, trustee, of Mound, Minn., sold the Unit 1203 condominium at 1924 Harbourside Drive to William and Carye Walton, of Flemingsburg, Ky., for $374,500. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,626 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2004.

Longboat Shores
Carolyn Wedekind, trustee, of Northbrook, Ill., sold the home at 626 Buttonwood Drive to Carolyn and Ronald Wedekind, of Northbrook, Ill., for $300,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,124 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2012.

Windward Bay
Chester Jagielo, of Greenwood, Ind., sold the Unit 204 condominium at 4700 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ray and Alice Ralph, of Austin, Texas, for $290,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $62,500 in 1978.

Longboat Harbour Towers
Paul and Diana Navarro, of Huntington, N.Y., sold their Unit 203 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Rene Revilla Jr., of Miami, for $278,500. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 725 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2003.

Lido Key
John Ringling Estates

Bette Gray, trustee, sold the home at 225 John Ringling Blvd. to LIDORAY2 LLC for $1.15 million. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,055 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $75,000 in 1986.

Lido Regency
Borislav and Vera Velkov, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 4-E condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Nicholas and Pauline Chahales, of New York City, for $450,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $123,000 in 1990.
