Fourth-grade students at McNeal Elementary School remembered Sept. 11, 2001 with a special ceremony Sept. 9,
Students began the morning by gathering at the school’s flagpole, where the safety patrol lead students in the Pledge of Allegiance. Students then enjoyed the reading of a short poem, a moment of silence and sang “God Bless America.”
