U.S. 41
Between Baywood Drive to Bispham Road
Maintenance — Left-turn lanes northbound and southbound will be closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 10 to Oct. 13. Crews will install traffic separators. Expect possible delays.

State Route 72
At Stickney Point Draw
Bridge maintenance — Intermittent westbound right and left lane closures from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Oct. 4 to Oct. 6. Expect possible delays.

County Road 775
Manasota Beach road over the Intracoastal Waterway
Bridge Maintenance — Intermittent eastbound and westbound lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 4 to Oct. 6. Expect possible delays.

County Road 789
Albee Road over the Intracoastal Waterway
Bridge Maintenance — Intermittent eastbound and westbound lane closures from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 3 and Oct. 4. Expect possible delays.

CONTINUING PROJECTS

Interstate 75
From north of North River Road to north of state Road 681.
Construction — Temporary nighttime lane closures from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Oct. 2 to Oct. 8This project is anticipated for completion in the summer of 2012. Interstate 75
Northbound and southbound ramps from I-75 to University Parkway
Maintenance — Northbound and southbound lanes will be closed from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. starting Oct. 2 through Oct. 4. Ramps will remain open.

U.S. 301
From Myrtle Street to DeSoto Road
Construction — Lane closures from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. in both directions at Myrtle Street, Northgate Boulevard, 47th Street and Desoto Road intersections. Entrances to businesses in the work zone are open and accessible. The contractor is Cone & Graham Inc. Maintenance —Intermitted northbound outside lane closure from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Sept. 28 and Sept. 29. Expect possible delays.

Reynolds Drive
Maintenance — Intermittent northbound and southbound lane closures from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Oct. 3 to Oct. 6. Expect possible delays.

Legacy Trail Overpass
Construction — Intermittent lane closures will take place from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. starting today. Construction activities will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Closed to pedestrian traffic from Train Depot to Colonia Lane through September.The contractor is Zep Construction Inc. At Ringling Bridge
Bridge maintenance project — There will be no lane closures. Maintenance will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through October.

State Route 758
East of Honore Avenue
Maintenance — From 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. through Friday, Oct. 21, there will be a westbound lane closure on Bee Ridge Road. Construction on left-turn lane.

State Route 72
Replacement of the bridge over Myakka River
Construction — Construction within the boundaries of Myakka River State Park. Single lane closures and minor delays during daylight hours. No weekend work. The project completion is estimated for summer 2012. The contractor is Kelly Brothers Construction Inc.

State Road 681
Over U.S. 41
Bridge maintenance – Project expected to start soon. Lane closures once crews begin working.
