Engel & Volkers has new Key office

Engel & Völkers Florida has opened a new Longboat Key office in Mediterranean Plaza, 595 Bay Isles Road. The office will serve as the center of the company’s new division, E&V Vacations International.

The division will allow owners who want to rent their units to list and sell them through the Engel & Völkers international brand.

According the Engel & Völkers Anna Maria Island/Longboat Key owner Ray Alexander, the office will be a temporary launching point for the new vacations division. Alexander hopes to find a permanent Longboat Key location during the first half of 2012.
