+ Koy wins sunset cruise at Mote fundraiser
Lynne Koy, of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, was recently the highest bidder at a Mote Marine Laboratory fundraiser for a sunset cruise aboard the new Meridian 441, courtesy of Marine Max. Koy enjoyed an afternoon cruise with a group of Bird Key friends.

+ Roger Frechette joins MS&Co. mortgage division
Roger Frechette has joined the mortgage division of Michael Saunders & Co. Frechette is originally from Lowell, Mass., and served in the U.S. Navy before moving in 1986 to Florida. He began his career in the financial services industry and transitioned into the mortgage and real-estate business in 1997.

+ Cliff Hornsby joins MS&Co. St. Armands office
Cliff Hornsby has joined Michael Saunders & Co.’s St. Armands Circle office. Originally from Atlanta, Hornsby moved in 2007 to Longboat Key. He specializes in properties on the south end of the Key, including Country Club Shores and Tangerine Bay Club. He is a graduate of Georgia State University and holds the e-Pro certification.
