Elaine Rutledge Hover, formerly of Longboat Key, died July 22.

She is survived by daughter Cynthia Edwards; grandchildren Matthew, Kayla and Kelly; and great-granddaughter Emma. She is preceded in death by her husband Dr. Philip Hover.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:30 p.m. July 31, at St. Armands Key Lutheran Church, 40 N. Adams Drive.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Armands Key Lutheran Church Foundation.
