+ Pettingell named top sales person for first half of ’10
Roger Pettingell, of Coldwell Banker’s Longboat Key office, announced that he has closed $27,403,000 in sales year-to-date through July 21, making him the top-selling agent so far in 2010 for the Sarasota/Manatee County Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Pettingell has an additional $4 million in pending sales.
Pettingell has worked in real estate on Longboat Key for more than 25 years. In 2008, Coldwell Banker recognized him with the “National Leadership Award” as the company’s top agent in Florida.

+ Jim Soda Group recognized as top team
The Jim Soda Group of Prudential Lakewood Ranch Realty was recognized at a recent Sarasota Association of Realtors (SAR) meeting as Prudential’s top team both for the Lakewood Ranch office and company-wide for May and June in sales, listings sold and listings taken categories.

Soda is a consistent member of the Prudential Chairman’s Circle and ranks among the top 2% of Prudential agents nationwide. He is a recipient of the Legend Award, having reached the Chairman’s Circle six years in a row, and is a member of the Top 5 in Real Estate Network. Soda is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLMHS). He is currently completing the requirements to become a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).
