Ethel Betty Flecker Taub, of Highland Park, Ill., and Longboat Key, was a dedicated patron of various organizations, which included The Ravinia Festival, in Chicago, and The Sarasota Opera, Asolo Repertory Theatre, Ringling College of Art and Design, Sarasota Ballet and Circus Sarasota.
