A home in Sarasota Beach tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Richard and Marcia Holton, of Sarasota, sold their home at 220 Tenacity Lane to William Knapp, William Knapp II and Gerard Neugent, trustees, of West Des Moines, Iowa, for $4.25 million.
