A condominium in L'Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Charles and Dorothea Barker, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit K505 condominium at 435 L'Ambiance Drive to Robert and Donna Seaman, of Atlanta, for $1,725,000.
