As next-door neighbors with 4-month-old daughters, Nadia Wood and Olivia Macey and their babies, Haven and Ava, have grown close. "(Olivia's) husband wants them to be tennis doubles," Nadia says with a grin. "He's determined they'll be doubles champions."

Key Real Estate: Bay Isles home sells for $1.5 million

Cherokee Lodge home tops sales at $5.35 million

A home in Cherokee Lodge tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Thomas Kruse and Cynthia Kruse, trustees, Sarasota, sold the home at 1520 S. Lodge Drive to Kenneth and Linda Slavin, Sarasota, for $5.35 million.
