Lewis and Debra Comer, of Unit 1104, sold Unit A-802 at L'Elegance on Lido Beach, 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive, to Kerstin Halsall, Constance Crosby and Cecil Rochwerg, as trustees of The Sapphire Trust, of Ontario, for $1,083,000.
