Former New York City Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly spoke in the Town Hall Lecture Series Monday, Feb. 10. The Former Police Commissioner shared stories from his forty-seven years on the force. Kelly also discussed the controversial stop-and-frisk policy. After the lecture, a luncheon was held for a small group of attendees where Kelly answered questions form members of the public.
